By visiting your property on a daily or twice daily basis, the appearance
is maintained of someone being around, to deter would-be burglars. I will open/close curtains or blinds,
and turn lights on/off to give the impression of someone being at home.
Your property is therefore regularly checked out and any problems can be
dealt with, with your consent, before you return - if you wish.
Of course, I will undertake to respect your home and its security at all times, in your absence.
